Lessons in the English for Little People courses are
designed for children who are already learning English
in the nursery school. The classes take place once
a week and are run by a native speaker teacher Becky
Joslin, for whom teaching children is a passion. The
curriculum is based on developing listening comprehension
and speaking skills, and is focused on motoric activity
with elements of art and music themes. Children quickly
learn to understand the content of the message if it
is given to them in the form of competition or involves
winning some kind of trophy. Within a year they learn
to understand information given by the teacher, they
learn to speak to her and to other children in the
classroom.
