on running in-company courses. PROGRAM-Bell boasts fifteen

How do we monitor our students' progress?
For each groups a register is kept where attendance is
marked and individual progress is noted for each participant.
Every 60 hours of the course a test is given to check
progress. Results of the tests are presented as written
reports. Additionally, teachers hold tutorials with participants
to discuss their individual progress and possible areas
of difficulties and recommend further steps to continue
the study. After the first term a report is drawn up
stating each student's progress in all four language
skills as well as their motivation and commitment. After
two terms (approximately 120 hours) a student is given
a certificate describing progress made in the language
learning including recommendations for the future. Upon
request, monthly or quarterly attendance lists are sent
as participation in classes is fundamental to progress
in the study of a foreign language. Twice a year we give
customer satisfaction questionnaires to check the level
of satisfaction of course participants with the Polish
lessons.
Teachers
Here at PROGRAM-Bell we attach a lot of importance to
careful selection of teachers with excellent qualifications.
They are usually Polish university graduates of English
philology departments and properly trained native speaker
teachers form Great Britain, the USA and Canada.
Our teachers have many years of experience in teaching
groups and one-to-one format. More advanced learners
are offered shared classes, given alternately by a Polish
and a British teacher, or only by a native speaker teacher.
Does the school have a quality certificate?
PROGRAM-Bell is the only school in Poznań that is a
proud bearer of a recommendation of a national association
for quality PASE (Polish Association for Standards in
English) whose aim it is to promote highest standards
in teaching English. This seal of quality was awarded
to the school for the first time on July 3, 1999 after
a meticulous and objective inspection against strict
criteria of language school quality rating system. In
2002 the school was re-inspected by PASE thus earning
this quality seal for another three years. The following PASE inspections took place in 2005 and 2008.
Is it possible to participate in an intensive
course?
On our premises we run intensive one-to-one courses 'Polish
Naturally', of the 'crash course' variety. Their content
and subject matter are custom-tailored to your indiividual
specifications and requirements.
We invite you to visit the premises of PROGRAM-Bell
